H & H Business Consultancy was founded by Mark Holt, a former Royal Marines Commando, entrepreneur, and multiple business owner with first-hand experience of starting, operating, growing, and managing businesses.
Having spent 14 years in the Royal Marines before moving into business, Mark understands the importance of discipline, leadership, planning, accountability, and resilience. These principles continue to shape the way H & H supports business owners today.
Having built and operated businesses himself, Mark understands the realities of business ownership — the uncertainty, long hours, financial pressures, difficult decisions, and responsibility that come with running a business. The advice and support provided by H & H comes from real-world experience, not just theory.
H & H was created not only to build a successful consultancy, but also to give something back by helping other business owners avoid costly mistakes, gain clarity, improve profitability, and move forward with confidence.
